Okay Read MoreThe d'Arenberg Cube - Opening late October 2017
9th October 2017
Set to open in late October 2017, the five storey multi-functioning wine centre features several bars, a restaurant run by chef Brendan Wessels and head sommelier Joshua Picken, and private tasting rooms.
The quirky building design resembles that of a Rubik’s Cube and boasts magnificent views overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of Willunga, as well as the 19th Century homestead that houses d’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant and the existing cellar door.
From the mouth of d’Arenberg’s chief winemaker, Chester Osborn: “I’ve always considered wine making to be a puzzle that needs to be put together; a complex combination of geographical elements like soil and geology, viticulture, blending and balance. This building is yet another puzzle to solve: the external patterns join together for a seamless solution, and ideally, all elements of wine should do the same.”
Be prepared to step inside the d’Arenberg Cube later this month and allow your senses to come alive!
