Okay Read MoreFamily Activities in the Barossa Valley
5th February 2019
As we all know, the Barossa is world-famous for its wines and historic cellar doors, but the adults don’t get to have all the fun. You’ll find plenty of parks, playgrounds and gardens around the region, plus several family-friendly wineries. Stay with us at the Barossa Weintal, located in the centre of the beautiful Barossa Valley, offering a variety of rooms and suites.
A unique activity for the whole family, The Whispering Wall in Willamstown, a small village in the Barossa. What draws visitors to the Whispering Wall is its unique acoustic effects, words whispered at one side can be clearly heard at the other, more than 100 metres away. Children (and adults!) can share secrets from one side of the wall to the other.

Barossa Farmers Market
The Barossa Farmers Market is a community produce market open every Sunday with an amazing array of stallholders. With plenty of attractions for the whole family, think freshly roasted coffee and blended teas for the parents and confectionary and face painting for the kids, it’s a great weekend morning activity in the Barossa.
